So, you want to make a return? That’s totally OK – as David Shrigley says, “It’s OK.”
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help. We just have a few simple guidelines when it comes to returns:

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If you’ve had a change of heart, that’s no problem – but please note we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
- Orders that have already shipped but are being returned due to change of mind will incur a $10 restocking fee or 10% of the sale with $10 being the maximum fee, and return shipping will be your responsibility.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
- Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on sale items.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by us, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
- We can’t take responsibility for items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout – please double-check!

If it’s a Third Drawer Down product, we’ll sort it out quickly. If it’s from one of our third-party brands, we’ll just need a quick photo so we can liaise with them before approving a return.
