Australian Orders

$10.00 Flat Rate on Standard Shipping for All Australian Orders under $149.99

Standard Shipping within Australia is sent by Australia Post Parcel Post service. We also provide the option at checkout of Express Post for speedier delivery but is a little more expensive. Larger parcels are sent with Aramex / Fastway Couriers.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders over $150.00* product exclusions apply 

Local Shipping (Melbourne only)

Use the code TDDLOCAL at the checkout for free local shipping within Melbourne for orders over $60.00*. Your account must be registered in our system first for the code to be applicable. Some product exclusions may apply. Please note, this code cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code.  

 

Orders Outside Australia

Yes, we ship overseas!

All international orders are sent with Australia Post. Please allow 14-21 days for delivery internationally. If you require express delivery through another carrier or require insurance on your order, please contact us. We can then advise shipping options and confirm any extra costs.

*Please note that although we take great care to advise on any additional costs prior to shipping, any import duties (or similar charges) incurred once the order is sent are the responsibility of the receiver.

  

Order Fulfilment

If you require your order by a certain date please leave us a note at checkout, or alternatively please call our Shipping Department on (03) 9534 4088 to check. 

If you require your order urgently, please select the Express Post service at checkout. Parcel Post generally takes between 2-7 business days for delivery within Australia, whereas Express Post is 2-3 business days delivery* (you can check here for postcode delivery information if unsure).

*Please note that during unusually busy periods these timeframes can fluctuate. We guarantee to ship your order within 1-2 business days of it being placed but AusPost does not guarantee exact delivery time frames during busy periods such as Christmas. We cannot not take responsibility for the delivery timeframe once you have your tracking number.

Tracking numbers for all orders are confirmed via email once fulfilled. And if there is any major shipping delay, we will contact you with an update.
