Welcome to the Third Drawer Down store. We hope you have enjoyed our ideas and the things we like from the corners of the world.

Our online store policy is pretty simple really.

1. We ship anywhere in the world.
2. If you need something gift wrapped and a personal card included, please include information about your requirements in the ‘notes’ field during checkout
3. If you order a number of items and if an item is required to be on backorder, we will ship all other items and pay for the other freighting at a later date.
4. We use the registered service through Australia Post for local and International orders. At the time of despatch we will email your tracking number so you can trace your order. * Please note that any orders shipped to Canada cannot be registered as they do accept this type of service.
5. Due to fraud, Third Drawer Down Pty Ltd has the right to cancel and not capture payment for an order if we believe it to be fraudulent.
6 .If you would prefer Fed Ex or another carrier, please email us and we can offer you alternative quotes on your order. 7. If you forward your courier account details, we are also happy to arrange delivery and credit you the standard freight charges automatically added to your sale.
8. If you cannot use PayPal for some reason, please email through your order and we can arrange payment via Credit Card, Cheque or Direct Debit.
9. Once you have placed your order, we will be in contact about the delivery date. It usually takes 5-10 days for local orders and 7-14 days for international orders.
10. Although Third drawer down strives to always display the correct availability of products, an item may have gone out of stock at the time of your order. If this happens, we will contact you via e-mail or phone and provide you with an estimated shipping date. Any other items will be shipped straight away, and we ship the backordered item at no cost. If you choose not to wait, you have the option to either exchange the backordered item or receive a refund of the retail price.
11. We cannot accept returned orders if you made the sale online, unless broken or faulty. Any returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, and at the discretion of Third Drawer Down. Items should be returned to us in perfect resaleable condition, with all labels and original packaging intact. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Third Drawer Down.
unless you contact us to specify that you want to pay for insurance, packages are by default uninsured and unfortunately we cannot assume liability for loss or breakage.
