Australian Orders
Standard Shipping within Australia is sent by Australia Post Parcel Post service. There is an option at checkout of choosing to send by Express Post with a higher freight rate. 

Giant Objects like the stools may incur a higher shipping rate.

Parcels are sent with Australia Post Parcel Post services, depending on the size of your parcel. There is an option at checkout of choosing to send by Express Post with a higher freight rate. If you require next day delivery, please contact us via phone or email to arrange rush shipping or courier within Melbourne.

Orders Outside Australia

Yes, we ship overseas! Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout. All international orders are sent by Australia Post. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery internationally. If you require express delivery through another carrier or require insurance on your order, please contact us. We can then advise shipping options and confirm any additional costs.

Giant Objects are not able to be delivered to some international locations. Please visit our US and UK sites for more delivery options. 

Order Fulfilment

If you require your order by a certain date please leave a note at checkout, if you require priority on an order this can be organised. Alternatively please call us in store (03) 9534 4088. We advise if you require your order urgently that you select the Express Post service at checkout. Parcel Post generally takes between 2-7 days for delivery within Australia whereas Express Post is next day delivery* (according to Australia Post postcode search, check here if unsure).
*During busy periods this is uncertain. We guarantee to send your order the day it's placed but Australia cannot guarantee next day delivery during busy periods such as Christmas. We do not take responsibility once you have your tracking number.

Tracking your Order

Tracking numbers for all orders are sent when orders are fulfilled. Please note: we will contact you within 3 days of making your order if there will be any delay with the shipment. Lead times may vary depending on your destination. Please check domestic delivery times with Australia Post.
